Synopsis
Exploring the unlikely rise of the beloved king of the Pride Lands, Mufasa: The Lion King enlists Rafiki to pass on Mufasa’s legend to the young lion cub Kiara, daughter of Simba and Nala, with Timon and Pumbaa lending their signature style. Told in flashbacks, the story features Mufasa as an orphaned lion cub, lost and alone, until he meets a friendly lion named Taka – heir to the royal bloodline. A chance encounter begins the extended journey of an unlikely group of strangers seeking their destiny – their bonds will be tested as they work together to avoid a dangerous and deadly enemy.
