After the events of The Batman (2022), Oz Cobb, aka the Penguin, plays a game to seize control of Gotham’s criminal underworld. Colin Farrell fought hard for his version of the Penguin in The Batman (2022), but failed.

As an extension of what happened in Batman and the disaster that befell the city, I found the opening scene one of the most amazing disasters ever, and the chaos we see with the appearance of the Penguin is nothing more than a sign that the Penguin was placed in the right place at the right time to take advantage of the overwhelming chaos, and of course he is the right man.
